Culinary Production Assistant
About The Position
Join the #1 hospital in Wisconsin! Put your passion for food and culinary experience to use and join our remarkable culinary team. You will support production, retail food venue, patient meals, and catering operations to ensure the right food is available for the right person at the right time. We are seeking a Culinary Production Assistant who: Provides outstanding customer and coworker service. Reviews production and stocking schedules. Accurately and safely prepares and portions food items. Sanitizes dishes, cookware, equipment, and environment.
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma or GED Preferred
- Food service and/or customer service experience Preferred
- ServSafe Certification Preferred
Responsibilities
- Provides outstanding customer and coworker service.
- Reviews production and stocking schedules.
- Accurately and safely prepares and portions food items.
- Sanitizes dishes, cookware, equipment, and environment.
