The training includes hands-on experience at a designated location and participation in Compass Group's Accelerated Manager Program (AMP). Successful completion of AMP may require relocation within your region for placement opportunities. Full-time management placement or promotion upon AMP completion depends on performance and business needs. As an AMP graduate, you may be prepared for roles such as Sous Chef, Chef Manager, Executive Dining Chef, or Catering Chef.
