Oryana is seeking candidates for a full-time Culinary Department Lead at our West store. Our Culinary Department is responsible for banquet style, large batch food preparation with an emphasis on quality, health driven dishes. The Culinary Lead supports the Culinary team in providing an exceptional customer experience by ensuring timely service; products that are uniform in size, taste, and consistency; and greeting and interacting with the customer in a friendly and personal way. The Culinary Lead must also be able to fulfill the responsibilities of Culinary roles (Cook, Café Staff, Culinary Staff, Cheese Staff, and Dishwasher) as needed. This year-round position requires open availability with the ability to work open, closing and weekend shifts.
