Requirements

• 2 to 5 years’ experience on a fast-paced line, working all stations.
• Proficient in English / basic Spanish a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
• Trusting, passionate, humble, and gracious team player.

Nice To Haves

• High School education preferred.
• Food Handlers Card (California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, Virginia).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for guest satisfaction; ensuring that all standards are maintained while assisting in all culinary hourly positions as needed.
• You are an extension of management and will support the management team.
• Deep understanding of recipe knowledge of food and beverage.
• Ensure recipe adherence and timely production of food.
• Ensure basic safety, sanitation, and food handling.
• Direct and assist teammates with performing their functions in a safe and efficient manner.
• Direct and train teammates in basic culinary techniques to maximize productivity and quality of food produced while ensuring adherence to health, safety, and nutritional standards.
• Assist in all culinary hourly positions.
• Maintains equipment, storage, food preparation and serving areas in a safe and sanitary condition for the purpose of complying with current health standards.
• Support culinary team in adhering to local labor laws.
• Identify and report potential compliance issues.
