Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited, US-based college or university.
• In good academic standing.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Eagerness to learn and work collaboratively with others.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Effective organizational skills with a focus on details, quality, and consistency.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Immerse in culinary culture and learn the art and science of creating enriching culinary experiences.
• Work with multiple restaurants, specialty outlets, and manage culinary operations.
• Participate in various culinary techniques including sauté, bake, fry, grill, braise, poach, steam, sous vide, roast, and more.
• Complete weekly reflections to capture learning and maximize the mentoring experience.
