About The Position

The Leaders of Tomorrow Youth Center (LTYC) in Baltimore, MD, US, is seeking a committed Culinary Arts Youth Instructor to join our team. Our goal is to empower the leaders of tomorrow through immersive learning experiences. As a Culinary Arts Youth Instructor, you will have the enriching responsibility of sparking creativity and honing culinary skills in young individuals through the art of cooking. Requirements

• Develop lesson plans for culinary arts classes tailored to the youth demographic.
• Provide hands -on instruction and guidance to students on basic cooking techniques and food safety practices.
• Manage classroom dynamics to ensure a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their culinary skill development.
• Collaborate with other instructors and staff to coordinate special events and showcase student work.

Responsibilities
