With an accelerated learning curve and early exposure to leadership responsibility, you’ll get your career off to a fast start. Onboarding Your RBI journey kicks off with a dedicated orientation where you’ll get to dive head-first into our culture at RBI, learn more about our business, brands and strategic plans, and dive hands-on into restaurant training to learn about the core of our business. Next, you’ll spend a few weeks going through all the training you’ll need to be a successful contributor to culinary innovation at the company. This will include core skills training as well as in-restaurant training giving you in-depth, hands-on experience of our business operations. Rotations Complete a two-year program—1 year with BURGER KING® and 1 year with POPEYES®, at the corporate office in Miami, FL Learn about different RBI department functions and network with RBI teams Travel up to 20% to visit vendors and attend external events Collaborate with cross-functional team members, build skills to effectively manage a commercial test kitchen, plan culinary events, support menu innovation and product development for global brands. At the conclusion of your program, you’ll complete a project for one of our brands that will be presented to RBI leadership at the end of the CDP Program. Each rotation offers big responsibility, meaningful work, and access to senior leaders across our global brands. Ongoing Training & Development Throughout the program, you’ll receive targeted training in things like problem solving, analytics, communication and leadership, as well as mentorship and career coaching to guide your early-career development. Own Your Career After completing your two-year CDP journey, your career at RBI is yours to shape, whether you continue building skills in your existing role or make a strategic move into a new function, we’ll support you in building a career with ownership & impact. What We’re Looking For Our ideal candidates are: Graduating with an undergraduate degree between Dec 2025 – May 2026 Food Science and Nutrition, Culinary Science, Culinary Nutrition, Food Microbiology, Food Technology, Food Engineering, Food Manufacturing or other relevant major preferred Professional kitchen experience (at least 1 year of cooking experience in a restaurant kitchen or in a CPG/QSR/multi-unit restaurant test kitchen), or an additional certificate in Culinary Arts or an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts or a related field from an accredited Culinary Program A current ServSafe Food Handlers Certification Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50lbs, do continuous work in a kitchen, and be on foot for 8-12 hour days Passionate about growth, ownership, and the QSR industry Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by a fast-paced environment Excellent communicators, problem-solvers, and natural leaders Hungry (literally and figuratively) to make an impact in a business that moves fast and serves millions daily Ready to Lead?
