Culinary Informatics - Dietitian | Location: Remote Compensation: $75,000-$80,000 annually | Full-Time Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm MST Job Summary The Culinary Informatics - Dietitian applies clinical nutrition knowledge and information technology expertise to enhance the quality, accuracy, and usability of nutrition data systems across the organization. This role strengthens patient/resident nutrition care, foodservice operations, and nutritional accuracy by overseeing nutrition information systems, identifying and filling gaps in databases, optimizing data workflows, and supporting end users in effective technology adoption. This position contributes to the development, integration, and continuous improvement of multiple nutrition related systems throughout the organization, with a strong emphasis on maintaining real time data accuracy and operational reliability.
