We are currently hiring seasonal Culinary Hosts to support our innovative outdoor food and beverage concept: Sur Stream. This vintage airstream-inspired outlet serves guests in an open-air setting and provides a dynamic and engaging hospitality experience. This is a seasonal position running from May through September, with the potential to transition into a regular full-time opportunity at the resort, depending on performance and business needs. The hourly pay range for this opportunity is $22.00 - $25.50 per hour + tips. This is the pay rate for this position at Ventana Big Sur, and Alila Resort reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors including experience and training levels.
