The Senior Cook is responsible for the preparation and/or cooking of food within a specific Food Service Unit or the main kitchen located in our theme parks or CityWalk. The position requires maintaining high food quality levels that meet Universal Orlando standards and ensuring compliance with the State of Florida's HACCP program. The role also involves stock management, maintaining a clean work area, and participating in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities.
