About The Position

The Country Club of Buffalo is seeking culinary team members to join our kitchen as Expediters. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of dishes from the kitchen to our dining areas, maintaining quality, accuracy, and timeliness. Our culinary department is led by Executive Chef Joe Piazza, CEC, CCA, AAC, who has guided some of the nation’s premier country club culinary operations throughout his distinguished career. The Country Club of Buffalo features a challenging Donald Ross designed golf course, which is consistently ranked and recognized nationally. The Club’s amenities include golf, tennis, swimming, trap, skeet, five-stand, and brushwalk sport shooting, six overnight guest rooms, and paddle tennis. The Duane Lyman designed Clubhouse encompasses 55,000 square feet featuring stately living rooms, three dining rooms, and various private party rooms. The Club’s revenues are approximately $9 million annually, including $3 million in food and beverage.

  • Knowledge of food safety and kitchen sanitation standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Prior experience in a food service or hospitality role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand for long periods, and lift moderate weight

Responsibilities
