About The Position

Brompton Heights is a senior living community dedicated to providing exceptional care, comfort, and quality of life for our residents. Dining is a cornerstone of our resident experience, and we are seeking an experienced Culinary Director to lead our dining services with creativity, consistency, and heart. Reporting to our Executive Director, the Culinary Director oversees all aspects of dining services, ensuring nutritious, flavorful, and resident-centered meals while maintaining compliance with state regulations, food safety standards, and budgetary guidelines.

Requirements

  • Culinary management experience (senior living or healthcare preferred)
  • Knowledge of therapeutic and modified diets
  • ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain)
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute menus meeting nutritional and dietary needs
  • Lead, train, and schedule kitchen and dining staff
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, health department, and state regulations
  • Manage food costs, inventory, and vendors
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and service
  • Collaborate with residents and leadership to enhance dining experience
