  • Sets high standards for product quality and qualifies relevance to customer.
  • Maintains trend awareness and seizes opportunities for new ingredients and preparation methods.
  • Ensures alignment of products demonstrated to customer expectations and business goals.
  • Interfaces with ACM's, customers, technical teams, and marketing.
  • Food Science or Culinary Arts degree with culinary development experience.
  • Experience in foodservice segments, such as national accounts and menu development.
  • Capable of creating and ideating gold standard culinary prototypes.
  • Strong formulation skills, comfortable with calculations and ratio scaling.
  • Strong food science skills, including knowledge of food chemistry and processing principles.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
