About The Position

Culinary Cook Taskforce Job description 100% out of state Travel. Travel Task Force. $20.00 Per Hour Plus OT. Experienced Cooks. This is a Travel Position. We Pay for Travel and one to two meals per day. You will travel in 10 week rotations. Stay and Work at our MACKINAC Island Location. Come Taskforce with US!!!! We Pay All Travel. Culinary Cook Job Duties: Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards - Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen - Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment - Help with catering events and special functions as needed - Maintain inventory of food supplies and equipment - Setting up, stocking, and breaking down of assigned stations Use knowledge of common allergies & dietary restrictions to ensure food safety for guests when noted on tickets- Avoid food waste by observing food storage time and temperature standards- Complete assigned daily/ weekly / monthly cleaning tasks Job requirements Two Years Upscale Culinary Experience Ability to Travel 10 weeks at a time All done!
