About The Position

Join our WellBridge of Rochester Hills team! This position is responsible for being in charge of capturing meal orders for our residents and guests. Our patients and guests look forward to their meals every day and we look forward to providing them with great food that invokes happiness and joy. How you will help people every day: Greeting of guests to the building, providing explanation of our menu, and ordering process for our daily specials as well as our Always Available Menu. Meeting and talking with guests on a daily basis and taking meal orders. Acquiring resident and guest preferences and collaborating with the RDN or Exec Chef on input in the Nutrition Management program. Printing of meal production sheet for each meal and meal tickets. Updating of the daily menu for the dining rooms. Assist with the serving of meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance, and prepare and serve food and snacks in accordance with established portion control procedures, sanitary regulations, and established policies and procedures. You will earn: $16.00 per hour to start! Starting wages $15.15 per hour PLUS $0.85 Hero Pay! Requirements

  • ServSafe and Allergen Trained
  • Demonstrated knowledge and skills necessary to provide Bistro services.
  • Must be knowledgeable of food service laws, regulations and guidelines governing
  • Good interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with residents, physicians, visitors, and all facility personnel.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering Excellent, Passionate, Innovative Care!
  • Certifications Required: ServSafe Certified

Nice To Haves

  • Starbucks Barista trained is preferred.
