Responsibilities

Preparing and organizing ingredient trays for each recipe by washing, measuring, and pre-cutting ingredients in advance of demonstrations.
Setting up the class space based on guest attendance, ensuring each participant has the appropriate materials and a thoughtfully arranged environment.
Providing hands-on support to the Chef to maintain flow and efficiency during classes.
Restoring the space to pristine condition after each session, including clearing dishes, transporting items to the kitchen, and thoroughly cleaning and resetting tables and surfaces.
