Requirements
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Able to build positive and strong relationships with team members, residents and their families
- Focused and dedicated to providing excellent customer service
- Able to handle multiple jobs and priorities
- Must abide by company uniform policy
- Able to resolve problems of dissatisfied customers and/or team members
