Requirements

Must be 16 years or older
A positive attitude and willingness to learn (no prior experience required)
Friendly, customer service–focused approach with residents and team members
Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment

Responsibilities

Greeting and seating residents in the dining room.
Taking meal and beverage orders and serving food in a timely, friendly manner.
Assisting residents with special dietary needs or requests.
Ensuring tables, dining areas, and service stations are clean, safe, and presentable.
Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and efficient meal delivery.
Following food safety, sanitation, and community policies.
Helping with setup and cleanup for meals and special dining events.
Washing, sanitizing, and properly storing dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment according to food safety standards.
Operating and maintaining dishwashing equipment, ensuring it is used safely and efficiently.
