Our Advanced Banquet Cook 3 position requires good communication as well as at least 3 years of previous line cook experience. A Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred. Candidates should be able to perform all basic, intermediate, and advanced cooking skills and be comfortable in producing at a high volume level at a fast pace. The ideal candidate for this position has a passion for the culinary arts and is able to balance working in a team environment, while having the resourcefulness, tenacity, and initiative to individually identify the tasks at hand, and proceed accordingly to ensure team success. We seek a collaborative culinarian, with the creativity and intuitiveness to create, expand, and refresh offerings that delight our guests and provide a unique experience for them to savor. Scheduling flexibility is required, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
