Responsible for all aspects of building and maintaining restaurant group bookings as well as promoting restaurant services to resort guests and local guests. Assists in creating and implementing food & beverage marketing plan. Will work closely with Resort Sales Team and CS Team. Schedules reservations for guests and represents the restaurants at various functions. Assist culinary with day to day administrative needs.
