About The Position

The intern will be treated as an integral member of the practice and will be exposed to assignments that will develop understanding of the consulting environment, and specifically, analytical and strategic work relating to our Health Practice.

Requirements

• Business, economics, or math major.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Initiative and ability to interact well with staff at all levels.
• Excellent computer and internet research skills.
• Previous work experience in a professional service environment is desirable but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Research and update a wide array of employee benefits into the CUBS database.
• Receive significant training on how employee benefits work and their key provisions.
• Perform a data audit on the database to ensure data accuracy.
• Analyze cleaned data to set up percentile reporting and other statistics for the CUBS biennial report.
• Contribute to the creation of internal and external CUBS reports.
