About The Position

abra professional services is seeking for an hands-on Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the company’s technological vision, architecture, and execution.
This role is designed for a true technical leader — approximately 80% hands-on — who leads through code first and management second. The CTO will work closely with executive leadership, influencing strategic decisions and driving the next generation of the company’s products and platforms.
This is a role for someone who wants to build something meaningful, impactful, and long-term.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role (CTO / VP R&D / Technical Director)
• Strong hands-on expertise in .NET / C#
• Deep experience with SQL
• Solid experience with JavaScript
• Experience working with MongoDB
• Strong background in system architecture and scalable software design
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams while remaining deeply technical
• Product-oriented mindset with strategic thinking capabilities
• High level of ownership, initiative, and decision-making ability
• Passion for building impactful, large-scale systems

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the company’s technology strategy and long-term architectural vision
• Drive modernization initiatives including AI adoption, automation, and system integrations
• Lead system design and architecture of complex, scalable platforms
• Remain deeply involved in development (approximately 80% hands-on coding)
• Establish and maintain high engineering standards and best practices
• Lead, mentor, and grow the development team
• Partner closely with executive leadership on product and business strategy
• Take ownership of major technology decisions and infrastructure evolution
• Shape the next generation of the company’s technology ecosystem
