About The Position

The CTO - Senior Director of Infrastructure and Operations at UHS Phelps Hall is responsible for developing and implementing IT capabilities and technology across all UHS sites to support organizational objectives. This role involves aligning technology acquisitions with business strategies, managing operational services for Infrastructure and Operations, and ensuring optimal performance and security of IT configurations. The position requires proactive management of capital and operational costs while leading teams to achieve high performance and availability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of equivalent work experience in information technology.
• At least 2 years of experience managing and supporting Infrastructure and Operations.
• Experience working with leaders to form plans and gain alignment between organizations and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
