About The Position

Supervises two or more employees in day-to-day operations for Nitrogen Operations for designated District. Supervises all aspects of Nitrogen operations and personnel, which may include pre-job and preparation, mobilization, rig up, on site operations, rig down, on-site maintenance, safety, environmental assurance, de-mobilization, and post job inventories and maintenance. Performs level-3 maintenance, as necessary. Effectively uses and operates Fluid Pump Data Acquisitions System (DAS). Understands and performs pre-trip and post-trip inspections, as needed. Independently conducts required safety meetings (onsite and off). Use independent judgment and discretion to identify specific topics to be addressed at each meeting. Answers questions raised by employees and takes follow-up action, when necessary to resolve issues that arise during day-to-day operations and safety-related issues or occurrences. Responsible for the accuracy and completion of data into MESO Follows manager guidance concerning all Nitrogen related operations. Monitors and makes recommendations which may affect conditions of employees’ employment, including hiring, firing, advancement, promotion, compensation, disciplinary actions, or any other change of status of subordinate employees. Evaluates issues raised by management and exercise independent judgment and discretion to determine proper protocol for implementing changes, when necessary, with the District. Responsible for complying with all applicable CES Standards, SOPs, Policies, Procedures and Work Instructions. Other duties as assigned.
