About The Position
The CTL Associate III conducts clinical research under minimal supervision, playing a crucial role in ensuring that all operations align with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). This position involves authoring or revising Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that are technically sound and provide clear instructions to support efficient operations. The Associate will conduct cell-based assays and must possess the ability to independently solve issues and optimize protocols to enhance research outcomes. Additionally, the CTL Associate III is expected to complete additional tasks as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the clinical research team.
