About The Position

NIGHTS 7P-7A(FRI, SAT & SUN)
Radiologic Technician performs according to department protocols, HFAP/TJC/local regulatory/CMS, State and Federal Regulations.
Functions as the first line interface with customers and is successful in the accomplishments of their imaging needs.
Responsible for processing and transmission of images to PACS.

Requirements

• Licensure and fluoroscopy permit as required by State.
• ARRT (R)(CT), is required.
• Must be familiar with State and Federal regulations.
• Current BCLS (AHA).
• At least one year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.
• One year of acute, clinical radiology experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of mobile and stationary Radiographic / Fluoroscopic equipment is required.
• Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology is required.
• Graduate of a program accredited by JRCERT.
• Venipuncture certificate (proficient in starting IV's for contrast injections)
• Epic Charting System

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist preferred.
• One year of acute, clinical radiology experience is preferred.
