About The Position

The CT Technologist performs high-quality diagnostic CT imaging using ionizing radiation. This role requires strong technical skill, independent judgment, and the ability to prioritize patient care across a wide range of patient ages—from neonates to geriatrics. Opportunities include both hospital-based and FSED environments.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
  • Florida State Registered Radiologic Technologist
  • ARRT (R) & (CT) preferred
  • Minimum 1 year CT experience
  • FSED roles require acute care experience
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) within 30 days of hire

Responsibilities

  • Perform and document CT procedures according to established protocols
  • Ensure safe and accurate use of imaging equipment
  • Produce high-quality images to support diagnostic decision-making
  • Maintain patient comfort, safety, and communication throughout procedures
  • Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and imaging staff
