About The Position

The CT Technologist operates complex equipment to produce high quality cross sectional anatomy scans. This individual collaborates with the Radiologist, the Supervisor and the staff in developing, implementing and evaluating department procedures and protocols. This position has direct patient care, access to confidential patient information and makes decisions independently and in collaboration with the radiologist, the supervisor and the staff. This individual works under the indirect supervision of the Radiology Supervisor.

Requirements

• Graduate of an Accredited Program
• Major/Area of Concentration: Radiologic Technology
• RRT - Registered Radiologic Technologist with Current Ohio License.
• ARRT - Registered Radiologic Technologist with Current Ohio License.
• BLS - Basic Life Support(must obtain within first 30 days of employment).
• New graduates: Must have passed ARRT registry exam to be Ohio Department of Health license eligible before start date. Must obtain Ohio license within first 14 days of employment.
• 1-2 years CT experience
