About The Position
The staff CT Technologist works under general supervision to assist the radiologist in performing diagnostic procedures for patients by means of computerized tomography and works effectively with patients and other clinic personnel.
Requirements
- High School education or equivalent
- graduation from an accredited Radiology program
- current ARRT registration in Radiography
- current Mississippi State Board of Health registration as a Medical Radiation Technologist
- BLS for health care workers
Nice To Haves
- One to three years of experience performing CT
- strong knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy
- A.R.R.T. certification in CT
