About The Position
MercyOne Dubuque is a leading hospital in the tri-states, recognized as a Magnet® hospital for nursing excellence. It offers comprehensive cardiology, a level II regional neonatal intensive care unit, a cancer center, trauma services, rehabilitation, home health care, orthopedics, retail pharmacies, palliative care, and various outpatient and community services, including two hospital-based skilled nursing units and a 40-bed nursing home. The mission of MercyOne is to improve the health of its communities by providing care for both sick and well individuals. The organization is seeking a CT Technologist to perform general radiologic procedures under limited supervision and coordinate activities for designated areas and procedures, serving patients from infants to geriatrics.
Requirements
- Successful completion of an accredited two-year Radiologic Technology program (ARRT or NMTCB)
- Maintains active registry status
- Maintains current state of employment Permit to Practice Radiology Technologist License
- Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter abuse training specific to population served within three (3) months of hire
- Maintains Basic Life Support qualification
Responsibilities
- Perform general radiologic procedures
- Assume responsibility coordinating the activities for designated area(s) and procedures
