About The Position

Precision Scans is inviting qualified and compassionate CT Technologists to join our growing team. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing high-quality CT exams while ensuring the comfort, safety, and care of our patients. MUST know Phillips and does Cardiac coronary studies/heart exams (CT Only)

Requirements

• ARRT(R) certification (required)
• ARRT(CT) certification (preferred or required depending on site needs)
• Valid State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology (CRT)
• Valid Venipuncture Certificate
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Strong patient care and communication skills
• MUST know Phillips and does Cardiac coronary studies/heart exams (CT Only)

Nice To Haves

• Recent CT experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT scans according to established protocols.
• Administer contrast media when required in a safe, effective, and professional manner.
• Monitor patient well-being during exams and take appropriate actions in case of discomfort or medical emergencies.
• Provide clear instructions and reassurance to patients throughout the imaging process to ease anxiety and ensure cooperation.
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
• Respond promptly and professionally to physicians’ inquiries and assist in evaluating patient needs.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and ensure proper use of CT equipment.
