About The Position

The CT Technologist is responsible for preparing and performing a wide range of computed tomography (CT) procedures while ensuring high standards of patient care, safety, and image quality. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with patients and medical staff.

Requirements

• Active Hawaii State Radiologic Technologist license required
• ARRT certification in Computed Tomography (CT) required
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Minimum one (1) year CT experience preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of anatomy and physiology
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with medical staff

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and perform diagnostic CT imaging procedures
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning during examinations
• Provide patient care and education throughout procedures
• Operate CT imaging equipment according to established protocols
• Maintain accurate documentation related to imaging procedures
• Communicate effectively with radiologists and healthcare team members
