About The Position

Evergreen Radia, a part of Radia, Inc., is actively seeking an experience Lead CT Technologist to become a valuable member of our team. We operate as an Outpatient Imaging Center, serving patients six days a week, and are conveniently located in Kirkland, Washington. Join our exceptional team committed to delivering high-quality imaging services and providing excellent patient care. Compensation: The salary range is $44.66/hour to $69.78/hour. The salary is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and employment status. The compensation listed above is based on full-time employment status, full-time is 40 hours per week. There is also an opportunity to receive up to $20,000 in Sign On Bonus. Position Summary Provides leadership and direction in the day-to-day processes and workflow of the CT/X-ray technical areas utilizing effective communication skills with technologist team. Assists Imaging Center Manager with coordinating regular staff schedules and arranging coverage for both planned and unplanned absences. Properly performs CT imaging to ACR standards Ability to physically assist patients to obtain high-quality imaging Assists the radiologist with specialized procedures Properly screens orders prior to exam for any precautions or contraindications Provides patient care services in a professional and compassionate manner Organizes and monitors patient flow to meet company productivity, quality, health, and safety standards Ability to de-escalate conflict situations with minimal supervisory assistance but able to recognize when a situation is beyond individual training/expertise and requires assistance

Requirements

  • Satisfactory completion of a formal radiologic technology program or other compatible course of study
  • Washington State Radiologic Technologist - Diagnostic license required (Washington State X-ray license, ARRT)
  • One year of CT experience minimum
  • Current certification in Healthcare Provider BLS/CPR
  • Demonstrates a professional demeanor in appearance and behavior in all work-related interactions
