About The Position
Responsible for Computed Tomography examinations utilizing specific CT equipment.# Provides direct patient care to patients of all ages.# Contributes to the efficient operation of the department, ensuring the quality and continuity of patient care.# Fast-paced Emergency Room environment Perform CT scans for trauma, stroke, and acute care patients Work closely with ER physicians, nurses, and radiologists Ensure compliance with safety and imaging protocols
Requirements
- Graduate of a recognized program in Radiologic technology
- ARRT certified or eligible#
- BLS required#
Responsibilities
- Perform all routine scans
- Assist Radiologist with interventional procedures
- Start IVs & administer contrast
- Scan Water Phantom for QC
- Order supplies as needed
- Maintain log books
