Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated CT/Simulation Technologist to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional patient care by performing diagnostic CT scans as well as CT Simulations for Radiation Therapy. Requirements
- Proficient in the use of CT imaging equipment and software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt and excel in a float position, providing coverage across various departments as needed.
- Dedication to patient care and safety.
- Current certification as a registered radiologic technologist (ARRT).
- Current certification in CPR.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a CT Technologist is preferred.
- Current ARRT (CT) preferred or become registered with ARRT (CT) within six (6) months of hire into the classification.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic CT scans on patients in accordance with established protocols.
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and compliance throughout the scanning process.
- Operate and maintain CT equipment to the highest standards.
- Collaborate with Oncologists, Radiologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver accurate and timely results.
