About The Position

Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Corvallis, OR. The Diagnostic Imaging teams use state-of-the-art imaging technology while providing health care teams with the information needed for a fast, accurate diagnosis. Imaging services include: X-Ray, Fluoroscopy, Bone Density, CT Scan, Digital Mammography, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, and Ultrasound services. We now offer PET-CT scans, the latest in diagnostic imaging technology and one of the most powerful imaging tools that physicians can use to help diagnose and treat patients with cancer and other diagnoses.

Requirements

Current ARRT RT(R) credential required.
Current ARRT (CT) credential required.
Current unencumbered Oregon license in Radiologic Technology required.
Healthcare Provider BLS required.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
Drug screen and background check (facility required)
Additional facility onboarding forms as assigned

Nice To Haves

Experience in a hospital setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

Interpreting the orders provided by the physician or other prescribing medical professional
Explaining what will happen during the CT scan to patients
Positioning patients properly to take the necessary images
Administering IVs that contain contrast dyes to enhance imaging
Examining images to ensure they’re usable
Updating patient medical information
Cleaning and maintaining CT scan equipment
Keeping inventory of CT scan supplies and making orders for supply restocks as required
