About The Position

Premiere Healthcare Staffing is dedicated to connecting talented healthcare professionals with partner facilities to deliver exceptional and compassionate care. This specific opportunity is for an experienced Travel CT Technologist, offering a 12-week assignment. The role is situated in a fast-paced perioperative/operating room environment in Redding, CA. The CT Technologist will be an integral part of a high-performing CT Imaging team, working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary setting. Key responsibilities include producing quality images, supporting the Radiologist during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, and managing the processing and transmission of images to PACS.

Requirements

One year of acute, clinical radiology experience is required.
Knowledge of mobile and stationary Radiographic / Fluoroscopic equipment is required.
Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology is required.
Graduate of a program accredited by JRCERT.
Radiology license and fluoroscopy permit as required by State.
Effective 07/01/2015, CT ARRT Certification is required.
Current BCLS required upon hire and maintain hire.

Responsibilities

Join a high-performing CT Imaginig team.
Works collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team and is responsible for providing quality images.
CT Technologist works in support of the Radiologist, providing assistance in the performance of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
Responsible for processing and transmission of images to PACS.
