Position Details Role: CT Technologist Status: Per Diem/Relief (0.00 FTE) Schedule: Variable; weekend availability (Friday-Sunday) strongly preferred Pay Range: $45.14 - $67.70 per hour (based on experience, education, and other factors) Differentials: 15% in lieu of benefits Evening: $3.00/hr Night: $5.00/hr Weekend: $1.00/hr Please note: Per diem positions do not guarantee hours.

Requirements

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year preferred
  • Venipuncturepetency required
  • PACS/RIS knowledge required; EPIC RIS and FUJI experience preferred
  • Credentials: ARRT - Radiography
  • Oregon Radiology Technologist license
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • ARRT-CT credential required within 1 year of hire.
  • Skills: Strongmunication, organizational ability, and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
  • Requires OBMI CT licensure (temporary acceptable at hire; permanent within 1 year).
  • Advanced ARRT (CT) credential via Nuclear Medicine pathway is acceptable.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and specialized CT procedures with accuracy and care.
  • Prepare and maintain exam rooms and equipment.
  • Integrate patient history, prior imaging, and lab results for optimal exams.
  • Educate patients before and after procedures.
  • Operate CT scanners and ensure image quality.
  • radiation safety principles and evaluate pregnancy status as needed.
  • Assist with interventional procedures and provide training to staff/students.
  • Adapt to patient needs and resolve issues promptly.
