About The Position
JOB SUMMARY Performs CT scans.
Requirements
- One-year acute hospital experience preferred.
- Can perform all CT scan procedures skillfully and efficiently.
- An individual who holds and maintains (via required continuing education credits) current certifications from the California CRT, ARRT (R) and American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR certification.
- Must have completed an approved venipuncture course.
- ARRT (CT) certification preferred, and required within 6 months of hire.
- California Fluoroscopy permit is required for staff that performs CT biopsies, aspirations, and nephrostomy procedures during the hours of 7:00am until 11:00 pm, 7 days per week.
- Must be able to perform the essential physical requirements of the job.
