Position Summary Under direct supervision, the CT Technologist is competent to perform all routine CT, X-ray exams; and Three D reconstructions as applicable within the scope of the CT Imaging Services Department. Under general supervision, is competent to perform routine CT, X-ray procedures as assigned, excluding Special Procedures, prepare image recovery and applicable storage for reproduction.

Requirements

• One – two years of experience performing routine CT and X-ray procedures on the geriatric, adult, adolescent, child, and neonate patient populations.
• CRT, Diagnostic and Fluoroscopy required
• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support Card required

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of full-time experience at Orange Coast Medical Center as a Radiological Technologist with a performance which consistently meets the standards in all performance categories, no written reprimands in the previous 12 months or verbal reprimands in previous 6 months, and completion of all competency/skills assessments related to CT and X-ray procedures preferred.
• CT Certification preferred
• ARRT Certification preferred
• IV Certification preferred
