About The Position
Premiere Healthcare Staffing aims to connect talented candidates with partner healthcare facilities to deliver exceptional, compassionate care. This position is for an experienced Travel CT Tech, involving a 12-week assignment in a fast-paced perioperative/operating room setting located in Redding, CA. The CT Technologist will work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team, focusing on providing quality images and assisting the Radiologist in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Key responsibilities also include the processing and transmission of images to PACS.
Requirements
- One year of acute, clinical radiology experience
- Knowledge of mobile and stationary Radiographic / Fluoroscopic equipment
- Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology
- Graduate of a program accredited by JRCERT
- Radiology license and fluoroscopy permit as required by State
- CT ARRT Certification (required effective 07/01/2015)
- Current BCLS required upon hire and maintain hire
Responsibilities
- Join a high-performing CT Imaging team
- Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
- Responsible for providing quality images
- Work in support of the Radiologist, providing assistance in the performance of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
- Responsible for processing and transmission of images to PACS
