Position Summary The CT Technologist performs all CT procedures, abdominal, pelvic, head/skull, thorax and extremities. Demonstrates knowledge of advanced computer applications including PACS and Image manipulation for image enhancement. Demonsrates advanced knowledge of the human anatomy & pathology and can use this knowledge to provide quality CT images for interpretation. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements

  • Two (2) years of college
  • Current State of Florida License
  • Current ARRT, CT Registry Required or obtained within 6 months of hire date
  • American Heart Association BLS, for Heath Care Provider
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
  • Annual Joint Commission mandatory education requirements, in-service and health requirements including attendance at new employee orientation
  • TB/PPD Surveillance Program
  • Maintenance of required professional licensing and/or certification(s).
