About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CT Technologist with a minimum of one year of hands-on experience to join a diagnostic imaging team supporting overnight operations. The ideal candidate will perform high-quality computed tomography procedures while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and full compliance with regulatory and clinical standards.

Requirements

• Minimum one (1) year of experience as a CT Technologist
• Proven experience operating CT imaging equipment
• Strong knowledge of radiation safety, imaging protocols, and contrast administration
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
• Excellent patient care, communication, and documentation skills
• Completion of an approved Radiologic Technologist training program , including military training if applicable
• ARRT Post-Primary Certification in Computed Tomography (CT)
• New York State Department of Health (NYS DOH) Radiologic Technologist – Diagnostic with Injection
• BLS (American Heart Association)

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
• Ensure accurate patient identification, safety, and comfort throughout procedures
• Administer contrast media in compliance with NYS and facility guidelines
• Monitor and maintain imaging equipment; report malfunctions as needed
• Adhere to infection control, radiation safety, and quality assurance standards
• Accurately document procedures and patient information in the medical record
• Collaborate effectively with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
