About The Position
HEARTLINE STAFFING, Strategic Talent Partners with PURPLE COW RECRUITING, is seeking a CT Technologist for a permanent, full-time opportunity in Gainesville, Florida. Under the direction of the Radiologist, the CT Technologist performs Radiology and CT procedures at a technical level requiring independent judgment and minimal supervision of technical detail. This role requires ingenuity and initiative when applying prescribed ionizing radiation while prioritizing patient safety, comfort, and image quality. The CT Technologist performs examinations on patients of all ages, from neonate to geriatric, and assumes responsibility for designated procedures and imaging areas. The primary purpose of employment is to prioritize the patient as number one while delivering the highest standard of diagnostic imaging services.
Requirements
- Florida State Registered Radiologic Technologist license required
- Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technology program required
- One year of CT experience preferred
- Acute care experience not required
- ARRT Radiographer and CT registry preferred
- Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment start date
