All within a 'living laboratory' of groundbreaking, research-driven clinical solutions that integrate mind, body and spirit in the defeat of illness and disease The role you'll contribute: Responsible for performing CT imaging procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. Positions, moves, and assists patients to ensure accurate imaging results. This role performs clerical duties and provides basic patient care within the scope of practice and departmental standards. In addition, this position adheres to compliance plans and regulations of local, state, and federal agencies. Requirements

Associate's Degree
Registered Technologist Radiography (RT(R) (ARRT))
Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS)
Florida Radiology Technologist

Responsibilities

Practicing infection control standards and using approved PPE and disinfectant agents.
Follows department protocols for patient identification, informed consent, and time-out procedures prior to starting exams.
Maintains accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) and PACS systems.
Educates patients about the exam and complete all exams in a timely manner, maintaining workflow and minimizing empty table time.
