About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a licensed CT Technologist for a 13-week contract assignment at a large tertiary care hospital in Rochester, NY. The ideal candidate will perform high-quality CT imaging for radiology and cardiology patients while adhering to established protocols, safety standards, and patient care guidelines. This role requires independence, attention to detail, and experience working in a fast-paced imaging environment with EPIC documentation.

Requirements

• Active New York State CT Technologist License (required)
• ARRT Certification (CT)
• BLS Certification
• Minimum 1 year of CT experience in a hospital or clinical setting
• EPIC experience for charting and documentation

Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures in accordance with physician orders and departmental protocols
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and accurate positioning during all imaging procedures
• Prepare and educate patients prior to scans
• Operate and maintain CT equipment following safety, infection control, and quality standards
• Accurately document procedures and patient information in EPIC
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and functionality
• Comply with all hospital policies related to patient confidentiality, safety, and regulatory standards
