About The Position

Produces high quality images for interpretation by physicians that meet the standards established by the Mayo Clinic Radiology Departments. Requires competence, as determined by competency assessments, in a variety of imaging equipment and technology. Practices proper safety guidelines for themselves, support personnel and patients. Fosters teamwork through effective communication. Ensures high level of service to patients through proper communication, technique, and safety guidelines. Maintains flexibility to staff various work locations, shift times and lengths. Perform other functional duties as assigned to assure efficient and optimal patient care. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited radiography program.
• Organized, efficient, and multifunctional.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication.
• Ability to work varied hours and respond to on-call pager.

Nice To Haves

• Radiologic Technologist or CT Technologist experience preferred.
