Requirements

• 1-3 months experience and/or training required.
• Satisfactory formal training in an approved program.
• ARRT certification required.

Responsibilities

• Explains radiographic procedure to the patient and collects accurate patient history.
• Performs clinical diagnostic examinations including any necessary room preparation.
• Properly enters patient and exam data into the Radiology Information System.
• Under the direction of the Radiologist, operates CT equipment to produce CT images of the body for diagnostic and interventional procedures.
