Requirements

• Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited 24-month Radiological Technology Program.
• Experience: 1 - 3 years of minimum CT experience is required.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, current.
• ARRT registered with CT Certification (or acquired within 6 months of hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide Patient-Centered Care: Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide appropriate care for diverse patient populations served in the department.
• Apply Developmental Knowledge: Demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development across the life span and possess the ability to assess patient data reflective of age-specific needs.
• Patient Education: Assess the patients and family's ability to learn and incorporate teaching throughout the entire CT procedure process.
• Deliver Compassionate Care: Deliver compassionate, holistic care while consistently supporting the rights and dignity of all patients.
