Requirements

• One year of acute, clinical radiology experience is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology is required.
• Graduate of a Radiologic Technologist program accredited by JRCERT.
• Radiology state license is required.
• Current ARRT, RT Certification is required.
• ARRT, CT Certification within 6 months of hire.
• Must maintain BCLS (AHA) upon hire.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to provide quality images under the direct supervision of a licensed CT Technologist.
• Support the Radiologist in the performance of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Process and transmit images to PACS.
• Complete all required competencies, exams, and didactics to sit for and complete the ARRT CT examination within 6 months of hire.
